update

so ... a lot has changed since my last post in 2010 ... i now have 5 grandchildren, instead of the two pictured ... Annika (#1 grandchild) is 7, heading for 2nd Grade and is quite artistic and graceful (traits she did not inherit from me) while Nash (#2 grandchild) is 5, getting ready to start Kindergarten and reads everything ... Nolan (#3 grandchild) is 3, a pistol and reminds me of Nathaniel ... Phoenix (#4 grandchild) never stops and is so curious ... and Nyle (#5 grandchild) just turned 1 and has a smile that would light the world... i retired, moved to Iowa, bought and sold houses ... and that in the last 6 months! maybe this change in my life will encourage me to blog a bit more ... or NOT! i am more busy now that when i was working but not nearly as stressed and am infinitely happier and more at peace than when i was working
