catch up

visit with Than, Mindy and Annika last Friday was wonderfully restful and just what the doctor ordered ... the puppies are growing like weeds and have learned a few tricks (sit but not stay, whistle to come, hand clap means stop, wait for an invite inside and such) ... Amos is still staying indoors when they are out and watches from any window that gives him a good view of the goings on ... the two boxers behind me (Morgan and Otis) keep breaking the fence pickets to also oversee the rompings ... i fix a picket, they break the next one so i stopped fixing them ... once the puppies are gone, i will fix all the pickets as Amos, Morgan and Otis have a very adversarial relationship for the first minute of each morning ... sounds terrible as an alarm clock!
